Campaigns spend enormous budgets on mail nobody can tie to a vote or a gift.
Voters are buried under look‑alike printed mailers and tune the whole channel out.
Generic fundraising letters underperform and quietly burn the list you depend on.
No way to confirm a GOTV piece actually hit the mailbox before the polls open.
Upload a voter or donor export from VAN, NationBuilder, or your CRM as a CSV — with every field you target.
Merge each recipient's name, district, precinct, polling place, and giving history — mapped automatically from your VAN, NationBuilder, or CRM export.
Real handwritten cards by mail, or email touches — same message, either channel.
Carrier delivery confirmation, an in‑hand estimate against Election Day, and an exportable compliance log for your treasurer.
From persuasion to GOTV to the post‑election thank‑you — personal, automated, and measured.
A personal, handwritten case that stands out from the glossy‑mail pile.
Time GOTV cards to arrive in the final days — with proof they landed before Election Day.
Turn supporters into volunteers with a note that feels like a personal ask.
Thank donors in real ink — the touch that renews and upgrades gifts.
Make the ask personal — a handwritten appeal stands out where another email blast won't.
Close the loop with voters, volunteers, and donors — and build the next cycle's list.
Field Writer drafts a personal note in your voice, sized to the card, from a couple of quick answers. Your team approves each one, and your disclaimer still applies.
It only helps you find the words — nothing about it appears on the piece, and your "Paid for by" line is unchanged.
Add real printed photos to the envelope — a packed rally, the neighborhood you're working for, the moment that made the case. Printed in‑house and tucked in with the handwritten card.
Printed inserts may factor into your "Paid for by" disclaimer and mailing rules — confirm with counsel and your state and federal election authorities before sending.
Your "Paid for by" disclaimer is composed onto every card — and a send is blocked without it. Upload your do‑not‑mail list and we exclude every match before you approve, with carrier delivery confirmation on mailed cards.
Political Mail composes your disclaimer, applies your do‑not‑mail list, and logs every send with its disclaimer; it is not legal advice — confirm disclaimer and mailing requirements with your counsel and your state and federal election authorities.
Pay only for what you send — no platform minimums to get started.
Postage and carrier delivery confirmation included

Political Mail ("we," "us") is a service of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], built on the OurRegards platform. This policy covers politicalmail.ai and the Political Mail app. How we handle the recipient lists a committee uploads is described in the Political Data-Handling Policy.
We use only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and operate the site.
To compose and mail your cards, apply your committee disclaimer, run suppression and opt-outs, estimate in-hand delivery timing, produce delivery and compliance records, process payment, and support your account.
When you use Field Writer, the details needed to draft a note are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a draft you review and approve. A person on your team approves every card before anything is sent. We do not use your data to train models, and under Anthropic's API terms your inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic's models.
Only with the vendors that help us run the service, under contract: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI drafting), [print/mail vendor], [email provider] (where enabled), USPS/carrier (delivery & confirmation), and [hosting provider]. We do not sell personal information, and we never share one committee's recipient data with another committee.
We retain your account information and uploaded files for as long as your account is active. We delete uploaded files when you ask us to or when you close your account, and we aim to complete deletion requests within [30] days. We keep per-send approval and compliance records for [retention period]. Details are in the Political Data-Handling Policy.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls that limit who on our team can view uploaded files.
Recipients can opt out of a committee's mail at any time — an unsubscribe link on email postcards and an Unsubscribe QR on physical cards add them to that committee's do-not-mail list. Committee users can update account information in the app.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. To make a request, contact us at [privacy@politicalmail.ai]; we respond within [30] days.
The service is intended for committees and their staff and is not directed to children under 18.
We may update this policy; we will post the new effective date and, for material changes, notify account administrators.

[fields] and the liability/indemnity/dispute sections need counsel; the "Notes for Ken" box at the end lists them.Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE] · Provider: Political Mail, a service of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], built on the OurRegards platform.
By creating an account or using politicalmail.ai (the "Service") you agree to these Terms on behalf of your committee, campaign, PAC, or organization ("Committee"), and confirm you are authorized to do so.
Personalized, real handwritten cards — and, where enabled, email postcards — to a recipient list you provide. The Service composes your "Paid for by" disclaimer onto each card, applies your do-not-mail suppression, provides carrier delivery confirmation on mailed cards, estimates in-hand timing against your Election Day, and keeps a per-send approval log.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your committee profile — including your disclaimer text and return address — and for keeping your credentials secure and your team's access appropriate.
You retain ownership of the recipient lists and content you upload, and grant us the limited rights needed to provide the Service. You represent that you have the legal right to contact everyone on your lists.
The Service provides compliance tools; it does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of your "Paid for by" disclaimer (FEC and applicable state requirements), and for compliance with election law, CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and state mailing rules. The Service composes your disclaimer onto every card and will not send a card without one, but it does not verify that your disclaimer text is legally correct.
Field Writer will refuse to generate opponent attacks it cannot source, or content styled as an official notice. You remain responsible for every word you approve and send.
The Service is offered to committees, campaigns, and causes across the political spectrum on the same terms.
Prices are shown in the app (for example, [$3.50] per handwritten card, [$1.00] per email postcard, [$1.00] per printed photo). Billing is through Stripe by card, or by invoice for committees and POs. You authorize charges for the sends you approve. [Refund and cancellation terms.]
In-hand dates are estimates based on production and transit times, not guarantees. Delivery confirmation is provided on mailed cards; some sends may not carry per-piece USPS tracking. We are not liable for carrier delays or for mail that does not arrive by a particular date.
The Service relies on vendors for payments, printing and mail, carrier delivery, AI drafting, and email; see the Privacy Policy for the sub-processor list.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that extent, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] disclaims implied warranties and limits its total liability to [LIABILITY CAP]. (Counsel to finalize.)
You will indemnify and hold harmless [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] from claims arising out of your content, your lists, your disclaimer, or your violation of law or these Terms. (Counsel to finalize.)
Either party may terminate in accordance with [NOTICE TERMS]. On termination, handling of your recipient files follows the Political Data-Handling Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW STATE]. [Dispute resolution, venue, and any arbitration terms — counsel to set.]
We may update these Terms; we will notify account administrators of material changes and post a new effective date.

Committees upload lists in order to send mail. These files may include recipient names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and campaign fields such as district, precinct, polling place, vote-by-mail status, giving history, and volunteer role.
We use a committee's uploaded data only to provide the Service to that committee: to compose, print, mail, suppress, time, track, and draft the notes the committee approves. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we never share one committee's data with another committee.
When Field Writer drafts a note, the relevant fields are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a draft the committee reviews and approves. Party affiliation and modeled scores are excluded from drafts. We do not use your data to train models, and under Anthropic's API terms your inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic's models.
We retain a committee's uploaded files for as long as the account is active. We delete uploaded files when the committee requests it or closes its account, and we aim to complete deletion requests within [30] days. Per-send approval and compliance records (the disclaimer used, counts, approver, and timestamp) are kept as a compliance record for [retention period].
A committee may request deletion or a copy of its uploaded data by contacting [privacy@politicalmail.ai]. We respond within [30] days.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls that limit who on our team can view uploaded files.
Uploaded data may be processed by [print/mail vendor], USPS / carrier, [email provider] (where email is used), Anthropic (Field Writer), and [hosting provider]. The maintained list is in the Privacy Policy.
The committee is responsible for having the legal right to use the lists it uploads, for honoring opt-outs, and for complying with election law, CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and state mailing and data rules.
